why we need more water?

Bismillah :)


Human cannot live without water. boleh jugak hidup.. but not more than a week! 70% of body is FLUID = water.


WATER

this is sky juice = air kosong


water molecule is made up of two element which are 2 Hydrogen atom and 1 Oxygen atom. which this molecule is a polar molecule that makes the characteristic of universal solvent...bla bla bla....

*okay, kita tak nak belajar biologi okay.. ^^

basically, kalau dah jadi coach, kami akan tekankan kepada customer yang nak start consume produk to drink A LOT OF WATER which mean 3-4 liters per day. 2 liter hanyalah selemah-lemah usaha untuk minum air.

WHY?

because body cannot function properly without enough water. terus mesti ada yang cakap " eh, aku minum seliter je okay pun? "..yelah..that is what you're saying..not your body kengkawanku.. selalunya orang yang minum air sikit, mesti ada problem which they don't called it problem sampailah aku tanya sendiri korang ada tak blablabla~~.. antara masalahnya adalah, berak tak menentu.. kalau seminggu sekali/dua dah kira baik.. dua minggu sekali baru dikata sembelit -_- (err...this is OLD me ), bernyahtinja dengan susah payah = constipation walaupun seminggu 2 kali je. jarang ber'urination' and the color is very attractive *you know what i mean lah kan..haha. semua yang aku mention are the sign where your body cannot function well. cuma ramai yang ambik ringan benda macam ni. padahal umur macam aku dah ada masalah tak cukup air ni dan aku pun dulu macam ni sebab aku sangka MUDA=SIHAT. kalau ada problem macam ni, means toxin tersimpan dalam badan.!!


water is essential for losing weight. ooppss, forget to mention.. PLAIN WATER  yang aku maksudkan okeh. jgn lepas ni ada minum teh tarik 4 liter pastu kencing kena hurung semut. haha. why water is important?? it is because, when we losing weight, we want to burn more fat! kalau tak cukup air dalam badan, fat cannot burn..macam mana nak buang lemak kan??? then, FYI, when we burn calorie, toxin is created..water helps body to remove the toxin. (macam kereta kita berasap tak cukup air)


25 kg = 1 liter 
ni sekurang-kurangnya volume of water needed by the body
why disarankan lebih? sila tanya coach anda :D


SO, DRINK MORE WATER.


ada sorang member aku tanya, "mumul, kenapa kau minum banyak air??? tapi kau tak kerap kencing macam aku walaupun aku minum sikit dari kau? "

terus aku tak jawab, aku tanya balik." weyh, kenapa kau makan banyak sangat terlebih?? tapi kau tak berak kerap macam aku walaupun aku makan kurang dari kau pun??"

HAHA..nak tahu kenapa, next time aku update lagi. haha
